During my tenure as CXO and advisor at SoleilSpace, a video streaming platform for the Global South, I was responsible for enhancing customer experience and advising on strategic growth initiatives. I developed and implemented a customer experience strategy, introducing new processes and technologies to improve interactions and satisfaction, leading to increased retention and loyalty. I maintained effective communication with the executive team, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and secure necessary support. Additionally, I provided strategic advice on product development and marketing, ensuring new features and content met the diverse needs of our audience. My marketing strategies helped position SoleilSpace as a leader in its field, attracting new customers and driving revenue growth.
